The Checkout All-in-One product is based on a collecting service. This means that all payment methods (PostFinance, Visa, Mastercard® and TWINT) are processed via one contract. For the Checkout Flex product, separate contracts must be concluded with the relevant acceptance partners. As a result, you will need to cancel the Checkout All-in-One product and re-register for Checkout Flex.
This involves cancelling the Checkout All-in-One product and registering for the Checkout Flex product.
A one-off activation fee of CHF 249 excluding VAT is charged to activate Checkout Flex. The monthly costs of using the product amount to CHF 19.90 excl. VAT.
Please note that your contract for the payment methods that come with Checkout All-in-One is not transferred to the new product. To use Checkout Flex, you will need to conclude additional contracts with the acceptance partners once you have registered.
If you would like to use the Checkout Flex product in the future, please carry out the following steps:
- Log into The link will open in a new window checkout back office
- Select the plus sign (desktop: bottom left of the screen; mobile: in the menu)
- Select “Account”
- Enter the required name (e.g. company name)
- Select “Save account”
- Run the set-up wizard and open the Checkout Flex product
You can then cancel the Checkout All-in-One product (see question “How can I cancel Checkout All-in-One and Checkout Flex?”).
