Progress needs role models
Because change begins when someone begins it
You are here:
Equality does not come about by itself – it grows from role models that make the difference. Together with Annabelle and ELLE Suisse, PostFinance tells the stories of people who show courage, diversity and equal opportunity. Showing the way: becoming visible paves the way for others. To continue. To do things differently. To copy.

This special interview series at Annabelle (ELLE Suisse) shows how we can all learn from each other. In a type of relay, well-known individuals talk about their personal and professional experiences with equal opportunities – and then pass on the baton. A string of entertaining conversations, insights and food for thought.
In the first interview in the series, Lara Stalder, an ice hockey pioneer, captain of the national team and bronze winner, speaks at the last Olympic Games.
This is just the beginning! More inspiring formats featuring people and stories from all walks of life will follow in spring and autumn this year.
