Mobile operating systems and browsers

PostFinance offers apps for Android and iPhone. The following operating systems are supported for the use of these apps.

Note

Always keep your smartphone up-to-date with the most recent version of the operating system.

Beta versions and older OS versions can be used, however we cannot guarantee that all functionalities will be available in the app. We do not offer any support for this.

PostFinance gears development of its apps towards the most commonly used devices. Due to the large number of different Android devices it is possible that the PostFinance App may not function perfectly on every Android device.

The PostFinance App is available for smartphones (iOS and Android). There is no PostFinance App specifically designed for tablets.

Due to increased security requirements, it is no longer possible to use the PostFinance App from the version 4.8.0 on rooted/jailbroken smartphones.
