Multibanking allows you to consolidate your accounts with PostFinance and other affiliated banks centrally in a single place – without having to switch back and forth between different bank portals and apps. The new feature is available free of charge in e-finance and the PostFinance App.

Get on top of private finances

In PostFinance multibanking, you can see a clear overview of the income, expenses and account balances across various accounts. This gives you a comprehensive view of your finances, allowing you to manage them clearly. All transactions are automatically listed in the PostFinance analysis overview. This allows you to manage your finances easily and effectively across all your accounts.

Add third-party bank accounts now and get started with multibanking

Select the desired third-party bank  and follow the instructions to activate the third-party bank accounts of your choice for your PostFinance multibanking service in just a few clicks. The accounts approved for multibanking will be displayed to you in e-finance or the PostFinance App within a few minutes.

  • Your third-party bank must participate in multibanking
  • Private account with PostFinance
  • Minimum age: 18
  • E-finance login with PostFinance
  • E-banking access at your third-party bank
  • Multibanking is a service enabling you to manage bank accounts with different banks centrally in a single overview. You can view and manage your accounts, transactions and financial data in e-finance and the PostFinance App without having to log into each bank separately.

  • As a private customer, multibanking offers you a central overview of all your bank accounts – regardless of the provider. This saves you time, as you no longer have to log in to different banks separately. In the central overview, you can view account information and transactions from the various banks conveniently in one place and retain full control over your finances.

  • You can activate multibanking in e-finance under “Assets” (or under “Products”) or in the PostFinance App under “Offers”. Select multibanking and follow the instructions to connect to your third-party banks.

  • You can find the list in the overview of participating banks. These are also displayed during the multibanking login process. Third-party banks will be connected in stages. For this reason, your bank may not be available until a later date.

  • Payment transaction and savings accounts can currently be integrated.

  • With multibanking, all data is backed up, encrypted and protected in accordance with the latest technology. All data is treated strictly confidentially and all legally valid data protection provisions are adhered to.

  • Data is transferred between PostFinance and third-party banks via secure, encrypted connections in line with the latest technology. PostFinance complies with all legally applicable data protection provisions and handles data strictly confidentially.

  • PostFinance offers the service free of charge.

  • At present, the functions are restricted to the overview and management of your accounts.

  • You can unsubscribe from your third-party bank account at any time in e-finance or the PostFinance App. To do so, the “Accounts and banking packages” tile will open in the “Profile and settings” area. After selecting the relevant third-party bank account, you can select the “Log out” option via the menu (three dots next to the account).  After the next login, the third-party bank accounts will no longer be visible.
