  • Once you have purchased your H&M voucher, you can access your H&M gift card by selecting “Get Gift Card”. Here you will find your gift card number, the PIN code to use in the online store and the bar code to use in-store.

  • When purchasing via the PostFinance App, you can personalize the vouchers and give them as a gift. Select a design and add a personal text to the voucher. Send the personalized voucher or print it out.

  • You can redeem your H&M voucher online by going to The link will open in a new window hm.com, with H&M home or in any H&M store in Switzerland. To redeem the credit in the online store The link will open in a new window hm.com, copy the gift card number and PIN code and paste these numbers in during the payment process: “Select payment method” -> “Add gift card”. To redeem the credit in an H&M store, open up the H&M gift card in the PostFinance App and show the bar code when you pay. The cashier will scan the bar code, which will redeem the H&M gift card.
