And best of all – you can organize your graduate internship flexibly: whether full-time or part-time (60–100%), we offer you the freedom to combine your studies and work however suits you best.

  • In the area of Channel Excellence & Development for private customers, you can play an active role in developing our physical sales and the Customer Center. You’ll analyse and optimize processes, drive digitization forward and contribute your ideas to strengthen our Customer Center agents and customer advisors in the long term.

    You’ll work closely with our customer advisors and customer center agents, be in direct contact with them and receive immediate feedback on the solutions you have implemented. This means that you will be able to see directly what impact your work has on everyday work on the front line and how you can create real added value. You can also gradually take on responsibility in projects, work with central bodies across all units and actively contribute the perspective of the decentralized units. You’ll be supported in this by experienced specialists.

  • As someone with a clear grasp of legal, economic and corporate aspects and how they relate to each other, are you looking to play an active role in successfully guaranteeing the integrity of PostFinance in the long term? You’re a bit of a Sherlock Holmes and enjoy researching, ensuring that customer activities comply with regulatory requirements? If so, our Compliance Office is just the place for you! With us, you’ll have the opportunity to assess business customer relationships, taking into account legal and regulatory requirements, and to write editorially flawless and very precise reports.   • Are you interested in financial markets and would you like to put the theoretical knowledge from your studies into practice in a bank? If so, our risk management team is the ideal place to start. We are responsible for fully monitoring PostFinance’s financial risks and ensuring a balanced risk-return profile in the investment business. In this exciting environment, you will learn about key concepts, methods and processes of modern risk management and be able to develop systematically according to your strengths.

    In your role, you will measure and analyse credit risks using existing models, interpret the results and prepare them in a way that is suitable for the target audience. At the same time, you will support us with the conceptual development of the modelling of credit risks and actively contribute to the realization, implementation and validation of model adjustments. You will also take responsibility for preparing our regular risk reports to Senior Management.

What you need to offer as a graduate intern

Different skills are needed to meet requirements depending on the specialist unit. We’re looking for graduate interns who think and act boldly, i.e. doers.

What you’ll offer:

  • You are in at least the fourth semester of a Bachelor’s degree (university/university of applied sciences), or completed your degree no more than two years before the start of the programme.
  • You have a strong command of German.
  • Joined-up and customer-focused thinking and action go without saying in your case.
  • You’re a friendly person with an inquisitive mind, you have a strong desire to learn and are assertive.
