Your job as a scrum master

Work for the smartest banking in Switzerland

At PostFinance, we work on ways of managing Switzerland’s money both now and in the future. We create practical solutions for our customers and help shape the technology trends on the market. We achieve this thanks to our unique culture, which enables us to work with a pioneering spirit every day.

Your role as a scrum master

As a scrum master with PostFinance (known internally as a delivery team lead), you will be responsible for the continued focus and optimization of the delivery team. You will support your team in applying an agile way of working and embracing a growth mindset. You will pursue solutions to issues in a proactive manner, and you will empower your team to resolve these issues themselves. You will push for and encourage the systematic, ongoing development and self-organization of the team.

The core of our agile way of working and our cooperation is the “enterprise agile delivery” framework (EAD for short). When it comes to designing and developing the EAD framework further, PostFinance is guided by well-known, firmly established frameworks and practices. In doing so, we incorporate aspects that are a fit for our company and culture, and deliberately avoid those that are not. Learn about our agile way of working in the video below.

Delivery teams are interdisciplinary teams that have the capabilities to implement the product to the quality required. As delivery team lead, you will form part of the technical management trio for the delivery team, together with the product owner (PO) and architecture owner (AO).

You love flexible working – and so do we

Working from home isn’t just a “nice-to-have” perk for us, but has been standard for a long time. In many units, our employees in Switzerland have the option to work from home. What’s more, we have modern workspaces at our two locations in Bern and Zofingen, with creative zones and areas for exchanging ideas. We also offer co-working spaces in central locations at Bern station and Zurich Oerlikon station. To ensure that collaboration within the teams is as personalized as possible, we meet once a week for a team day in Bern or Zofingen. Balancing work and leisure is very important to us, which is why you can organize your working hours flexibly with us.
