We are looking for developers who design, implement and evaluate ICT solutions. We’re looking for employees who are excited at the prospect of working in agile, interdisciplinary teams and have expertise in the following areas: quality assurance, development and programming, architecture, analyses and design, planning, operations or security.

In the innovation business, we focus on agile ways of working and collaboration. This includes agile leadership and working structures that foster adaptability and innovation in a constantly changing environment and are designed for managing increasingly self-organized teams. The Enterprise Agile Delivery framework (EAD for short) defines the company-wide procedure for the ongoing development of our offers. Based on the strategy, it defines how customer-centric, quickly and efficiently an offer goes from the initial idea to implementation and then to the customer.
