Confirmation of business relationship

As an e-finance customer, you can request your business relationship confirmation conveniently online.

Alternatively, you can request the confirmation of your account/business relationship in writing.

Do you need confirmation of payment or a booking confirmation (including retroactively)?

Confirmation of payment or a booking confirmation serves as a receipt of a successful transaction that can be shown to third parties. You can request confirmation of payment during payment entry and then view it under “Documents” in e-finance or the PostFinance App. If you require a payment confirmation later, you can order it in the payment details for the booked payment or in the transaction overview. If you want proof of other transactions (e.g. money sent by TWINT, purchases made with the PostFinance Card or salary payments), you can request a booking confirmation directly in the transaction overview.
