The exchange rate applicable at the time each order is submitted shall be applied.
When ordering foreign currencies, we apply the exchange rate that is current on the day the order is received.
Delivery
- The currency is delivered by Swiss Bankers
- Delivery is possible throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein
Delivery period
- Orders by telephone and orders in e-finance received by 3 p.m. on weekdays are generally delivered the next working day
- Orders received after 3 p.m. on weekdays are generally delivered in two working days
- In the event of a order for cash in an secondary currency or for consignments with an equivalent amount in excess of CHF 20,000, delivery takes 2 to 5 working days
