Participation in the promotion organized by PostFinance Ltd (hereinafter “PostFinance”) is governed by the conditions detailed below. By participating, the participating legal entities, partnerships and sole proprietorships accept these conditions of participation.
Legal entities, partnerships and sole proprietorships domiciled in Switzerland that open a business account in francs or euros with PostFinance Ltd between 24 August and 30 November 2026 will receive 120 francs credited directly to their newly opened PostFinance business account on successful verification of their application to open an account. The payment will be made by the end of December 2026. There must be a current business relationship with PostFinance in place at the time of payment.
Legal entities, partnerships and sole proprietorships domiciled in Switzerland that open a new business relationship with PostFinance are eligible to apply. The offer is valid on a one-off basis when opening your first business account during the specified period. Opening an additional business account within an existing business relationship does not entitle you to receive the credit. The promotion does not apply to legal entities, partnerships and sole proprietorships or branches of companies that already have a business relationship with PostFinance or that benefit from free account management as part of other promotions, such as the startup package or the POS bundle.
The credit of 120 francs will only be paid out if all the preconditions for opening the corresponding business account are met.
If the banking relationship is terminated within twelve months of the account being opened, PostFinance may reclaim the promotional credit of 120 francs and/or offset it against the account balance. In the event of cancellation after 12 months but before 24 months, the claim for repayment is reduced to half of the promotional credit.

PostFinance may modify these conditions of participation at any time. PostFinance also reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time without advance notice and without giving a reason. In the event of suspected fraud or misuse, breach of these conditions of participation or other conduct, PostFinance may exclude individual persons from the promotion without stating reasons. If the promotion is discontinued or ended, there will be no right to claim for payment or compensation.
To the extent permitted by law, PostFinance excludes any liability in connection with the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the promotion. Participants have no right to information. Any right of appeal is excluded. The promotion is subject to Swiss law. The sole place of jurisdiction is Bern.
