All individuals who sign the basic agreement are also personally identified (passport, identity card or foreigners’ residence permit).
    • If an association does not have its own articles of association, those of their superordinate organization(s) (cantonal/regional association and/or umbrella organization) must be submitted instead.
    • Yes, the election records must always be submitted with the articles of association. The currently authorized representatives, including their names and functions within the association, must be mentioned in the election records.
