PostFinance strengthens personal advice in Basel

Modernized branch for advice and service

The Basel Clara branch has been designed around customers’ different financial needs. Straightforward service requests can be handled easily in the newly designed service area. Bright rooms are available for personal and individual advice. An accessible interactive table helps bridge any waiting times and provides entertaining activities for different age groups.

Personal advice now also available at the post office

From the beginning of November, PostFinance employees will also be present at the Basel 5 St. Clara post office at Claragraben 81. They will provide customers with personal advice on payments, savings, investments, financing and retirement planning. The dedicated advice area is known as a “PostFinance Corner”. It complements existing PostFinance branches as well as digital and telephone contact options.

Alongside the Basel Clara branch, customers in Basel can continue to use the PostFinance Basel Steinenberg branch at Elisabethenstrasse 2.
