New PostFinance App now available

Simple, intuitive and with a clear design: the new PostFinance App is now available. It enables customers to conduct their banking transactions even faster – whenever and wherever they wish. Those who used the previous app only have to update it – the new app is already available on the smartphone.

PostFinance wishes to make banking as easy and convenient as possible for its customers. That’s why it aims to provide a completely new user experience with its app, which has a fresh, clear design. The more than half a million users can use it to quickly get an overview of their account balance and transactions, enter payments and process and approve eBill invoices.

Dark mode and face unlock, etc.

The new PostFinance App can be used either in light mode or dark mode. In addition to Touch ID and Face ID on Apple devices, fingerprint – and now also face unlock – are available on Android devices.. Invoice processing has also been optimized: as with the desktop version of e-finance, all eBill functions are available to private customers for electronic invoicing.

Become a customer online via app

Anyone who does not yet use PostFinance services can now become a customer quickly and online via the PostFinance App. This function has now been integrated into the PostFinance app, after previously being available in a separate app. The most important functions of the previous fast service, such as checking the account balance, sending money to mobile numbers or buying digital credit, have also been integrated directly into the app.

More functions to come

PostFinance is continually striving to enhance its app and will add more functions over the medium term. For example, in future it will be possible to make foreign payments directly from the app. PostFinance’s investment solutions and fund purchases and redemptions will also be incorporated into the app.
