Christoph Kurth joins PostFinance Board of Directors

The General Meeting has elected Christoph Kurth as a new member of the PostFinance Ltd Board of Directors. He succeeds Bernadette Koch, who stepped down from the Board at the end of March 2026.

At an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 2 June 2026, Christoph Kurth was newly elected to the PostFinance Ltd Board of Directors. With immediate effect, he will become one of the four members mandated by Swiss Post on the seven-member Board of Directors. He will also sit on the Audit & Compliance Committee.

Over 20 years’ experience in compliance

The 57-year-old Swiss national has more than 20 years’ experience in compliance, with a focus on the financial industry. Since 2018, Christoph Kurth has been a partner at Baker McKenzie, where he heads the Financial Industry and Investigations, Compliance & Ethics units in Switzerland, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He previously held various management positions at UBS.
