The personal data processed in connection with the eSIM service is not covered by bank client confidentiality as defined in Art. 47 of the Banking Act.
As part of the pilot project, you can voluntarily take part in a user survey. The information you provide will be used by PostFinance to evaluate the pilot project and to improve how the eSIM service is delivered.
