Participation in the PostFinance Ltd (hereinafter “PostFinance”) promotion is governed by the conditions detailed below. By taking part in the promotion, participants accept these Subscriber Conditions. The General Terms and Conditions and Subscriber Conditions continue to apply (postfinance.ch/legal-information).
Subscriber Conditions
Subject of the offer
During its autumn campaign, PostFinance is offering a 50 % discount on the purchase price of payment terminals when signing up for a POS bundle or upgrading an existing POS bundle. The discount applies exclusively to the price of the terminal and does not apply to transaction fees, service costs or acquiring costs.
Eligibility to participate
Business customers based in Switzerland who sign up for a new PostFinance POS bundle or upgrade an existing POS bundle accordingly during the course of the offer are eligible to participate.
Scope and limitation of the discount
The specific number of discounted payment terminals is based on operational requirements (e.g. number of checkouts/locations) and is determined in consultation with a customer advisor. PostFinance reserves the right to check or limit orders and the discount granted, particularly in the event of anomalies or suspected misuse.
Purpose and use
The discounted payment terminals are intended exclusively for use in the participating retailer’s own business operations as part of the purchased POS bundle. Reselling, renting out or transferring the property to third parties is not permitted.
Offer duration
The offer applies to the conclusion of contracts for POS bundles and to corresponding upgrades of existing POS bundles between 1 September 2026 and 30 November 2026. PostFinance reserves the right to terminate the offer early if the planned budget is exhausted.
No legal entitlement
There is no legal entitlement to participate in the offer. PostFinance may reject participation, particularly in the event of a breach of these Subscriber Conditions or if it suspects misuse.
Amendments
PostFinance reserves the right to amend the Subscriber Conditions at any time or to terminate the offer on objective grounds.
