Your NPO can suggest predefined donation amounts as well as a custom amount. The minimum amount for donations in eBill is 5 francs.

In principle, any donors who have activated eBill in their e-banking can receive your donation requests. However, donors must first add your non-profit organization as an “invoice issuer” in the eBill portal or allow it to be added automatically via the “look-up” function. That’s the only way you can send a donation request via eBill.

Before an eBill network partner can register a charitable organization on the eBill infrastructure, the organization must provide evidence that it pursues non-profit objectives. Proof is provided through a Zewo certification or a cantonal tax exemption for institutions of charitable or public purpose. eBill network partners check these preconditions on a regular basis.
