Our IT is a versatile and multi-faceted system: whether in planning, development, testing, operation, project management, organization or business administration – with us you will find the right challenge for you. We are looking for developers who design, implement and evaluate ICT solutions. We’re looking for employees who are excited at the prospect of working in agile, interdisciplinary teams and have expertise in the following areas: quality assurance, development and programming, architecture, analyses and design, planning, operations or security.

In the innovation business, we focus on agile ways of working and collaboration. This includes agile leadership and working structures that foster adaptability and innovation in a constantly changing environment and are designed for managing increasingly self-organized teams. The Enterprise Agile Delivery framework (EAD for short) defines the company-wide procedure for the ongoing development of our offers. Based on the strategy, it defines how customer-centric, quickly and efficiently an offer goes from the initial idea to implementation and then to the customer.

  • “As a delivery team lead, I provide support to one of the PostFinance App delivery teams and coach the team in the use of agile working methods. So my role is similar to that of a scrum master. I think it’s great that as a team we are responsible for the app as a whole. We take care of the specification, development, testing, delivery and operation of the app. This means we can take on responsibility and shape the future of the app. I am particularly impressed by the cooperation within the team and the high level of flexibility. For the most part, we decide for ourselves within the team how to work together and who takes on which area.”

  • “As a solution engineer, it is my job to check and analyse the impact of business requirements on the IT landscape, create high-quality and sustainable documentation, and specify the technical requirements derived from this. Our cooperation with various stakeholders from areas such as architecture, testing or application makes it indispensable to adopt an agile approach. I particularly appreciate how this results in an independent way of working and a high level of responsibility. Conflicts can arise at any time, for example across projects or releases, and this requires good planning, coordination, communication and flexibility. Where and how I do my work is up to me, and that is what’s so cool about my job. Sometimes I work on the banks of the Aare River, or in the office when the weather is bad, or simply at home.“
