Kamila Horackova is taking up a seat on the PostFinance Board of Directors with immediate effect. Born in the Czech Republic, she is Chief Investment Officer at NN Group in the Netherlands. She is taking the place of Hans Lauber, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, who is stepping down after 12 years due to the statutory term limit.
Kamila Horackova was newly elected to the PostFinance Ltd Board of Directors at the General Meeting on 10 April 2026. Born in the Czech Republic in 1969, she brings more than 30 years of experience in the investment sector – including 20 years as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) in the finance and insurance industry. Since October 2025, she has been CIO at NN Group in the Netherlands. Chairman of the Board of Directors Marcel Bührer on the election: “With Kamila, we have gained a seasoned investment and finance specialist for our Board of Directors.” He adds: “I’m really looking forward to the collaboration.” The new Member of the Board of Directors will take up her position with immediate effect and will chair the Risk Committee and participate in the Audit & Compliance Committee.
Kamila Horackova is succeeding Hans Lauber, who will step down at the General Meeting on 10 April 2026 after 12 years on the Board of Directors due to the statutory limit on terms of office. Hans Lauber took up his position as Member of the Board of Directors of PostFinance Ltd on 1 January 2015. Throughout his term of office, he chaired the Risk Committee and was a member of the Audit & Compliance Committee. In October 2019, he also became Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors. In late November 2025, we informed you of the resignation of Bernadette Koch as a Member of the Board of Directors of PostFinance Ltd as of the end of March 2026. The process of appointing her successor has not yet been completed. We will inform you of any updates in due course.
