Change delivery of account documents

Select which delivery type meets your requirements: you can receive your account documents conveniently, securely and electronically in digital format, or opt to have your documents delivered by post.

Receive documents electronically in e-finance

Would you like to receive your account statements, interest statements and tax documents in digital format? Activate electronic delivery in e-finance under Settings and Profile > My Products > Delivery of account documents .

The benefits of electronic documents:

  • Sustainable: by not using paper, you are protecting the environment and acting ecologically.
  • Free of charge: you incur no fees whatsoever.
  • Fast: electronic documents can be viewed immediately in your e-finance account.
  • Secure: your account documents are well protected and stored securely in e-finance for you, and are available online as far back as 2018.

Receive documents by post

Do you need your account documents in paper format? Contact us to change the delivery type to paper. Please bear in mind that CHF 5 will be debited directly from your account each month for paper-based delivery.

The following documents are delivered by post to you with paper-based delivery:

  • Account and interest statements
  • Payment orders and standing orders (execution confirmation)
  • Credit card statements and interest statements

If needed, you can re-order individual documents in paper format for a fee. You can place these orders yourself.
