The easiest way to log in to e-finance on a computer or notebook is to use the PostFinance App. If you are a new e-finance user, or if you have a new smartphone, you have to set up your login once in the PostFinance App. Here’s how it works.

The following conditions must be met before you can log in with your smartphone:
The PostFinance App must be downloaded from the Store and reinstalled on the new device. If the app was installed via SmartSwitch (Android) or from an iCloud backup (iOS), login requests will still be sent to the old smartphone.
Delete the existing app on your new device and reinstall it from the Google Play or App Store. Then set up your login again as described at the top of this page.
The app can be used on several devices. However, the biometric login feature (Face ID and fingerprint identification) will work on only one device. Alternatively, you can use a different login method on your other devices (e.g. Mobile ID or a card reader).
For security reasons. After several failed login attempts, login via app is locked. As a precaution, you can restart your phone and try again. If your smartphone is still locked, the app can be unlocked only by calling our hotline.
