If you cannot log in via the PostFinance App because you do not use a smartphone or cannot access the Swiss Apple Store or Google Store from abroad, you can use the yellow card reader to log in securely to e-finance.

Your card reader no longer works

It is very likely that the battery in your card reader has run out of charge following repeated reliable use. Please replace the battery with a standard CR 2032 button cell battery and dispose of the old battery properly. By doing so, you will make a valuable contribution to environmental protection. Thank you.

If you have replaced the battery and your card reader still cannot be turned on, please order a new card reader.
