You will receive the adidas voucher in the form of a gift card number and a PIN code, which you can find in our app or in e-finance. You need the gift card number and the PIN code to use the credit in the online shop or in an adidas store.

When purchasing via the PostFinance App, you can personalize the vouchers and give them as a gift. Select a design and add a personal text to the voucher. Send the personalized voucher or print it out.

You can redeem your adidas voucher online by going to The link will open in a new window adidas.ch or in any adidas store in Switzerland. To redeem the credit in the online store adidas.ch, copy the gift card number and PIN code and paste these numbers in during the payment process: "Use an adidas gift card" and "Apply gift card". To redeem the credit in an adidas store, open the PostFinance App and present the gift card number and the PIN code when you pay. The adidas employee will enter the gift card number and PIN code at the checkout and the adidas credit is then redeemed.
