The holacracy model, for example, gives employees responsibility for deciding how they perform their tasks. There are no functions, but instead roles which are geared towards the purpose of the company and that meet defined responsibilities. The employees define the roles themselves and draw them up and assign them in line with requirements. This makes companies more agile and enables them to respond to new situations more quickly. However, not all leadership models are suitable for all companies.
