  • Did you find a vacancy that you like the look of? Then let's get started: Please note that we can only accept applications via the online application tool and not via email. In addition to your CV, we ask you to send us copies of your qualifications and employment references. The cover letter is optional.

    If you have any specific questions about the position, please feel free to contact us using the method indicated in the advert. Our HR Advisors are available to answer any questions you have about the recruitment process, and they are also listed in each advertisement.   • When you submit your application documents, we will send you a confirmation of receipt within a few minutes. This way you can be sure that the document transfer was completed without any problems. 

  • The recruiting team will review your application documents together with your future manager. We will compare your CV with our job profile and think about what PostFinance can offer you as an employer. We will inform you of our decision within a maximum of two to three weeks.

  • At your first meeting you will find out more about PostFinance, the advertised position and the general conditions.

    The second meeting will consist of more in-depth discussions, because we would like to get a better picture of you as a person to find out whether we are a good match.

    Tip: Just be yourself during these interviews, because we value honest communication and sincerity. 

  • If we decide that we are a good fit after the second interview, you will receive a confirmation from us by telephone. If you are still interested in the position, we will send you a confirmation of employment by e-mail and you will receive your employment contract and other important documents by post in the following days.
