  • Preconditions

    To transfer cash abroad with Cash international, you must have a business account.

    Here’s how it works

    Transfer the amount from your business account:

    • Electronically in e-finance as an international payment
    • As an electronic payment order (EPO)
    • In writing with a payment or standing order and the Cash international form, or as an inpayment at your post office (possible only with the PostFinance Card)

    Depending on the country, the recipient is sent a payment document by post which can be redeemed for cash at the relevant post office or bank. As a rule, the recipient must prove his or her identity. Larger amounts are divided into several smaller cheques. The recipient can redeem bank cheques only at the recipient’s bank and for a fee (account required).
