Adverts are currently being placed on internet search sites. The links claim to lead to the e-finance login page. After entry of the user’s contract number and a password, a message appears saying the account has been blocked.

If you are affected by this:

• Do not call the telephone number shown under any circumstances.
• Make certain the PostFinance web address is correctly displayed: https://www.postfinance.ch
• Report any incidents to PostFinance. To do so, use the options under “Contact” and “Support”.
• In future, enter “postfinance.ch” directly into the browser’s address bar.
