Order activation code for login via app

Order your personal activation QR code that you can use to activate login via app. You have the following options.

Order online

Order the activation QR code with your e-finance access details. The activation QR code will be sent to you by post.

Activate login without a QR code

If you have a yellow card reader and a PostFinance Card, you can activate login via app immediately and without a QR code.

Obtain code from a branch

Visit one of our PostFinance or Swiss Post branches and receive your personal activation QR code directly then and there. Please bring valid proof of identity with you.

Activate login via app

  1. Open the PostFinance App.
  2. Start configuring your login on the homepage.
  3. Tap QR code and follow the instructions on your smartphone.
