Anyone who applies for a Gold or Platinum credit card from PostFinance from 1 May to 4 June, 2023, will also be entered into a prize draw for an Apple Watch, subject to approval of the application.
Participation in the prize draw organized by PostFinance Ltd (hereinafter PostFinance) is subject to the conditions outlined below.
The prize draw will be conducted by PostFinance from 1 May to 4 June, 2023. To be eligible to participate, entrants must be natural persons aged 18 or over who are permanently resident in Switzerland, are PostFinance customers, and who apply for a Gold or Platinum credit card from 1 May to 4 June 2023. The offer does not apply to second cards or to upgrades to existing credit cards and is valid only once when applying for a credit card during the specified time period. Participation in the prize draw is per person not per ticket.
The three winners will be drawn at random by PostFinance by the end of July 2023. The prize draw will be closed to the public. The prize to be won is an Apple Watch Series 8 (silver aluminium case, case size 41, strap colour midnight blue) worth 429 francs. Participants can only win once. Participating more than once is not permitted. In cases of suspected fraud or misuse, PostFinance reserves the right to exclude individual persons from the prize draw without having to state a reason. Furthermore, the conditions of participation may be amended or the prize draw may be discontinued without having to state a reason. If participants are excluded or if the prize draw is discontinued, there will be no right to claim for payment or compensation. To the extent permitted by law, PostFinance excludes any liability in connection with the prize draw.
The winners will be informed about their prize by post. Individuals who are unable to contact PostFinance by 15 August 2023 will lose their claim to the prize and a new winner will be drawn. All winners have the right to refuse the prize. In this case, the person should contact the PostFinance Customer Service.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the prize draw. Participants have no right to information. There is no right of appeal, and no cash prizes will be awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred to third parties.
The requirements for credit card applications are as follows:
A banking package at PostFinance is required in order to apply for a credit card from PostFinance. When applying for a credit card, therefore, a PostFinance banking package is opened automatically if the applicant does not yet have a PostFinance account.
The price for a banking package and for the paper option applies per customer relationship. A customer relationship can include several accounts. The fees are charged monthly. Important: people who have not yet reached the age of 18 are excluded from the prize draw. This is due to the minimum age of 18 years required for Gold or Platinum credit card applications.
It makes no difference whether the credit card is applied for online via postfinance.ch, in a PostFinance branch or in a Swiss Post branch.
By participating in the prize draw, participants consent to these conditions. To the extent permitted by law, PostFinance does not accept any liability.
Any right of appeal is excluded. The sole place of jurisdiction is Bern.
