“It's so easy,” says Marlene in the video. The “Go Digital” courses enabled Marlene to get started with digital banking. Now, for example, she is able to view her account balance and transactions on her smartphone and make payments when she’s on the go. The free “Go Digital” offer is aimed at all customers who still have reservations about digital banking or simply want to learn more about it.

Digital banking: How Marlene got started
It was with the aim of finally managing her finances digitally that Marlene attended a free “Go Digital” course at the branch in Thun. She explains in the video what she gained from the training course that lasted just under an hour.
Practical learning in small groups
In small groups of five to eight people and a relaxed atmosphere, the participants learn how they can manage their finances at any time and with the highest security standards. The courses last between 60 and 90 minutes, are held at a large number of PostFinance branches and are led by our staff. They provide the participants with personal support and answer all questions concerning the course contents and digital solutions in general.
Choice of two digital banking courses
“Go Digital” focuses on practical application. Altogether, you have a choice of two different courses. You can select a single course or attend both courses, which follow on from each other.
“Getting started” course for the first steps in mobile banking
Using your smartphone, tablet or laptop, you will learn how to access e-finance and obtain an overview of the main functions.
“Applying knowledge” course for managing your finances online
You can use your smartphone, tablet or laptop to familiarize yourself with free additional functions, and then learn how to manage push notifications and personal limits, or use mobile payment solutions such as PostFinance TWINT and eBill. You will also gain an insight into PostFinance’s other sub-markets.
We look forward to welcoming you to a free “Go Digital” course.
