Electronic documents

Minimize paper usage with electronic notifications. View account statements, custody account statements, credit advices and order documents on your screen and process them further without difficulty in the appropriate format. You can subsequently archive these documents digitally or, where necessary, print them out.

In the demo version of e-finance, you can view various electronic account documents as sample files from the “Documents” menu item.

In addition to e-finance, PostFinance offers additional channels for the comprehensive file transfer service which can be linked to your accounting and payment systems.

Online verification of electronic signature

You can test your electronic account documents in PF-XML format (file must end with tar.gz) and send them to PostFinance here. You will receive the test result (whether the file is signed) immediately.
