You are expanding or running both an online shop and at least one bricks-and-mortar store – with us, you can merge the two. Cover all sales channels by combining the Checkout Flex E-Payment and POS modules. Our payment system allows you to offer the payment methods you need. Decide for yourself which acceptance partners you’d like to integrate.

Checkout Flex Omni-Payment Combo: you choose the payment methods

  • Attractive pricing model – particularly for large companies

  • Maximum flexibility in integrating acceptance partners

  • Online onboarding and contract requests to the acceptance partners

  • A single back office tool for managing sales online and in-store

  • You must enter a PostFinance business account or a credit card for billing of the one-time set-up fee and other monthly charges for the two modules. Payment and billing are in Swiss francs.

    If you are already using one of the Checkout modules, then you meet all the basic preconditions. Whichever module you want to add to your payment solution, you must take account of the following:

    • At least one of our PAX pay terminals is also required for sales in a physical store
    • You have to link your online shop software with our back office for sales in your online store

  • With the Checkout Flex E-Payment and POS payment modules, you decide which acceptance partners you want to work with. You can initiate contracts with the partners you require online directly from our back office tool, allowing you to benefit from attractive conditions. If you’re already a Checkout Flex customer, all you have to do is request a contract update in the back office. Then it’s simply a matter of connecting the pay terminal or online shop software to get started right away.

  • Shop systems

    Our Checkout Flex E-Payment Module supports the most commonly used shop systems in Switzerland. If you want to make sure that your shop system is compatible, you will find an up-to-date list of supported shop systems under “Shop systems” for our E-Payment Module for Checkout Flex. 

    Pay terminals

    Enable your customers to make cashless payments in your store by signing up for our POS Payment Module for Checkout Flex. You’ll find the right pay terminals for you in our online shop. You need at least one of these state-of-the-art PAX card terminals to enable you to connect it to your POS system and our software.

  • The hallmark of the Checkout Flex modules is that you conclude individual and flexible contracts with your acceptance partners for the payment methods you want to accept. Prices may therefore differ from the prices shown in the table below.

    If you opt for Checkout Flex’s omnichannel solution, the prices of the two modules are added. There are no additional fees for the payment solution.

    All prices indicated in the following tables exclude VAT.

    One-off fees

    The one-time costs may vary depending on whether you’ve already activated a module. You will find a list of possible fees in the table below. Setup of the terminal is free of charge. Hipping costs of CHF 10 per consignment are added.
