PostFinance works with selected software partners. As an association customer, you will therefore only receive association software that is tailored to your needs and our service. You will also benefit from attractive special conditions.
As a minimum, all software packages include modules for invoicing, for automatic monitoring of accounts receivable and for member and customer management.
The basic agreement must be signed by one or more people who have the right under the articles of association to represent the association externally. This is often the president, the treasurer or a member of the management board.
Identification is by means of the articles of association and the currently valid election records, in which the current management board can be found. The articles of association must be presented in writing and provide information on the association’s purpose, its financial resources and its organizational structure. A copy is sufficient. All individuals who sign the basic agreement are also personally identified (passport, identity card, Swiss driving licence or foreigners’ residence permit).
If an association does not have its own articles of association, those of their superordinate organization(s) (cantonal/regional association and/or umbrella organization) must be submitted instead.
Yes, the election records must always be submitted with the articles of association. The currently authorized representatives, including their names and functions within the association, must be mentioned in the election records.
If there is a change in the people who have the right under the articles of association to represent the association externally, the relevant election records must be submitted to PostFinance.
