We are further enhancing e-finance, PostFinance TWINT and e-trading for you. On Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 October 2019, the e-finance and e-trading services will therefore only be available to a limited extent:

On Saturday, e-finance will only be available in read-only mode from 4 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can view your balance and account transactions and download documents. However, it will not be possible ,for example, to make payments, edit standing orders or transfer money to another account.

It will not be possible to log in to e-finance or e-trading from Saturday 5 p.m. to Sunday 5 p.m.

As an alternative, you can check your balance and account transactions at any Postomat. PostFinance TWINT should work normally, however it may experience limited functionality on this weekend.

The PostFinance services will most likely be available again as usual from Sunday at 5 p.m.
