Our working time models and holiday regulations are based on the conviction that performance is improved by a good work-life balance. Our employees benefit from flexible working hours, compensation for overtime and in many cases the possibility of working from home. We also encourage part-time work for managers. And our holiday regulations speak for themselves: all employees are entitled to six weeks’ holiday, as well as the option to extend their holidays by up to three weeks by exchanging salary for holidays.
