Delivery
Your Travel Cash card will be delivered by Swiss Bankers Prepaid Services Ltd:
- In Switzerland and Liechtenstein it can be delivered to your private or business address.
- Delivery to neighbouring countries is only possible for orders by telephone
- People who live outside Switzerland may also have items sent “poste restante” to any post office in Switzerland, where they can collect them.
Please note the following delivery guidelines:
- Cards ordered by 1 p.m. on working days are usually sent on the next working day.
- Orders received after 1 p.m. on working days will be delivered on the next-but-one working day.
