Delivery
Your Travel Cash card will be delivered by Swiss Bankers Prepaid Services Ltd:
- In Switzerland and Liechtenstein it can be delivered to your private or business address.
- If you live abroad, you can have it sent Poste Restante to any post office.
- Your card and your PIN will be sent by separate post
Please note the following delivery guidelines:
- Cards ordered by 1 p.m. on working days are usually sent on the next working day.
- Orders received after 1 p.m. on working days will be delivered on the next-but-one working day.
